Redmond is now 2 years old and 122 pounds of pure muscle. He is a high-drive young man; loves to run, swim, play fetch, and be "pampered". Redmond is very protective of the farm. A gentle spirit, but definitely MALE !!! He is producing some amazingly large and beautifully colored puppies !!
Seeder is now 6 years old, 123 pounds, and is in semi-retirement. . He is a fun boy with lots of energy ! Such a sweetheart ! Seeder is a huge teddy bear with a heart as big as Dallas. His puppies carry his extra calm, tender-hearted, totally loving temperament, as well as his thick, Johnson-type body structure.
Please meet one of our females, "Skeeter". Skeeter comes from southern Louisiana. A true Southern Belle, she is gentle, loving, extremely polite, with excellent manners !! Skeeter turns 3 years old in October 2009 and has filled out into a truly beautiful mature lady !! She and Redmond should produce some outstanding brindles in 2010 !! Skeeter has short hair and hardly sheds at all.
Please meet another one of our females, Roady. This sweet girl has four generations of Joshua champion bloodlines. Roady's great-grandfather (Bathsheba's father) is National Champ Joshua's Sand Valley Sam aka "Cowboy" UCD III OFA Excellent and great-grandmother(Bathsheba's mother) is Joshua's Shunnamite aka "Baby" UCD III OFA Good. She is extremely intelligent, cautiously protective, loves to be handled, has excellent manners and is just a bundle of fun to be around.
Please meet another of my females, Cutter. She turned 4 years old in January of 2011, so she has now almost reached her mature adult size @ 98#s. Cutter is the tallest of the AB adults. She is very long-legged and an all-around LARGE female AB. Some of her male offspring are reaching the 140# range (with Daddy Seeder). Her body-type is more of the Scott side. She is sweet and sensitive, loves attention, and runs like the wind !! She loves to stretch those long legs at full gallop on our runs each day !! Extremely gentle and big-hearted, Cutter is a teddy bear in disguise !!
This is Mercy! Mercy is a mama's girl; extremely smart, very responsive to direction, and gentle as a lamb. She and Seeder produce some remarkable red brindle puppies at times !! Mercy turned 3 years old in July of 2009. She has matured at 75#s. Well-behaved and athletic, Mercy is the mother of Redmond, our newest addition to the stud program.
Faith is the smallest of all the female American Bulldogs. Weighing-in at 60#s, she is a powerhouse. Faith is also the smartest of all the (already naturally smart) bulldogs. She is the Einstein of the bunch ! Faith learned all her commands in ONE DAY !! From the new owner reports, she has passed on this brilliance to her offspring. Dynamite surely does come in small packages; Faith runs like a gazelle and turns on a dime !! Faith turned 3 years old in July 2009. Her puppies are proving to have their mother's supreme intelligence and beauty !! There is nothing like a Faith puppy !! Almost beyond description !!
Jordan is very quiet and extremely gentle despite her enormous physical size. She is built like a tank; muscular and very "bully". She loves to cuddle and be brushed. A real mama's girl! Jordan turned 5 years old in August 2009. This year, she has become an active participant in the daily jogging program here on the farm. She has dropped her excess weight (fat !!) and is now roughly 85#s of solid muscle again !! She is looking better than ever!
Elka is an outstanding American Bulldog with unique brindle coloring. She throws gorgeous puppies with lots of colorful markings. She is long-legged and playful as a puppy. Elka loves attention and her loyalty is phenomenal! Elka will be 4 years old in January 2010. She has matured to a beautiful 92#s of muscle and love ! She and Seeder run together daily and are the best of buddies. Elka is now as tall as Seeder. Very protective by instinct, yet she loves to play with my little 7-pound Toy Poodle, Suzie Q !!
Emma loves to be a mom !! She has a very gentle spirit and easy demeanor about her. A natural guard dog instinct makes her the best of pet/ guard quality . Her puppies are robust and little bundles of love !! Emma is now 7 years old. Her puppies get better and better with each new litter !! Like good wine, Emma is mellowing with age and becoming even MORE sweet and gentle-natured as the seasons pass. Emma is my Golden Girl !! She gets the Oscar for the most attentive, laid-back mom !!
